• By posting content, you grant Hilo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service.
• Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No attempts to disrupt or degrade the service.

6. Virtual Community and Moderation

We provide tools such as reporting and blocking to support a safe community. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate policies.

Hilo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Hilo is not a substitute for medical or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hilo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

You may stop using Hilo at any time. Deleting your account will remove persisted data as stated in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for violations.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
